We try to keep things simple, even our Terms and Conditions...

We want all our customers to be happy with everything they purchase from us; and we will go the extra mile to do what it takes to make that happen. But unfortunately there are those that would take advantage of this, so there are some things we will and won't do.

1)  We Will take back an item (refund or exchange) if it is defective and you notify us within 10 days of the purchase.

2)  We WON'T take back an item if it is in less than the condition we shipped it to you in. In-other-words, if you order a piece of equipment from us, go out and play a couple of gigs with it, and send it back with scratches, dents, or other obvious signs of wear, don't expect a full refund. We will consider it a rental and you will be charged accordingly.

3)  We Will allow you to have a trial period of 14 days to see if you like what you purchased. If you decide not to keep the item, you must contact us before the 15th day for Return Authorization (RA); and the item must be returned in the same condition you received it in. (See item #2)

4)  We may or may not pay return shipping. That will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping is almost always paid by us for any defective item.

5)  Unless otherwise stated, the customer will pay shipping from our site to theirs.

6)  Shipping damage is the responsibility of carrier (UPS, FedX, etc.). If something is damaged during shipping, contact us so we may assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

7)  We use PayPal as our payment processor; however, you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to make a credit card purchase.  Please see PayPal Help for more information.

8)  "Free Shipping" only applies to the Continental United States (the lower 48 states).  This excludes the states of Alaska, Hawaii, and countries outside the U.S.A.

9)  We understand how it feels to order gear and have it show up DOA at your doorstep.  With the exception of a few items like software, strings, etc., everything you order from us is tested before it's shipped. We don't like surprises anymore than you do.

10)  All warranties are between the manufacturer and the original purchaser (you the customer).  Warranty issues are not covered by Higher-End Instruments and must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Software
Software cannot be returned once the box or package has been opened. Sorry no exceptions.
